About the event
The Invisible Garden offers a different way to taste: first we smell, then we taste, and finally we discover how much an aroma can change our perception of a drink.
Over two hours, participants blindly explore a selection of botanical aromas and try to identify how they show up, change, or interact with different flavors — wine, cocktails, gin, whisky, or infusions — all paired with MeliMeló bites.
It's a guided experience where smell, taste, and memory intertwine to turn every sip into something unexpected.
The journey ends with a personal touch: each participant creates their own botanical oil, inspired by the aromas discovered during the experience, and takes it home as a keepsake from The Invisible Garden.
More than a tasting, it's an invitation to rediscover with all your senses.
